Welcome to Protocol San Andreas. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, Discord server, and game server (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Community Rules & Conduct

Your use of the Services is subject to our Community Rules. You agree to follow all rules and staff instructions. Harassment, cheating, exploiting, discrimination, and other prohibited behavior may result in warnings, suspension, or a permanent ban at our discretion.

3. Accounts & Access

Access to certain features requires signing in with Discord. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may revoke access, roles, or membership at any time for violations of these Terms or our rules.

4. Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, deny, or revoke applications and department placements at our sole discretion. Providing false information may result in removal from the community.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute content you share within the community (such as screenshots or roleplay content) for the operation and promotion of the community.

6. Intellectual Property & Disclaimer

Protocol San Andreas is an independent community project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, or FiveM. All trademarks and game assets belong to their respective owners. FiveM is a third-party modification and is used in accordance with its own terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protocol San Andreas and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the community.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and announced in our Discord server. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
